A baby can never be maybe or a migrant wrapped in plastic

Today I've seen the image of a migrant; better said, of what we call, nowadays, a migrant. This migrant was covered - and so was his baby (a baby can never be maybe) - by a plastic cover. There was a profusion of plastic in that image.
They were covered by plastic and the man was holding a plastic bag. If there would be a nuclear war, neither the man nor the baby, nor current borders would survive. The plastic would.
